Can Benelli vehicles fitted with a B-Box access MOTO.APP services?
Yes: the factory-fitted B-Box works with the myBenelli app, developed by MOTO.APP. You don't need to install any other device and you don't need the MOTO.APP app.
Can I install the B-Box myself?
No. To buy and install the B-Box, if it isn't already factory-fitted, you need to go to an authorised Benelli dealer.
I bought a used Benelli without a B-Box: can I use myBenelli?
It depends on the model: some Benelli bikes are pre-wired for installation, others aren't. Write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com to check whether your bike is compatible. If it is, you can buy the B-Box and have it installed at your authorised Benelli dealer.
I have a EURO4 Benelli, can I install the B-Box?
Some EURO4 bikes are pre-wired and don't need any special work for the upgrade. Write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com to check whether your bike is compatible.
My EURO5 Benelli doesn't have a factory-fitted B-Box, can I install one?
Yes, if your bike is pre-wired: you can buy the B-Box and have it installed at your authorised Benelli dealer. Installation is plug and play, easy and with no special work on the vehicle. Write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com to check whether your bike is compatible.
