Changing your account email address

Your email is your username and the contact for alerts

Your email address is your username for logging in to myBenelli and the contact we send B-Box alerts to. Always keep it up to date.

Did you mistype it when signing up? You can correct it directly on the screen where you're asked for the OTP code.

Want to change it later? It can't be done from the app: write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com from your current address, giving the new one and your bike's number plate, or its VIN if it is registered outside Italy. We'll make the change for you.
