Have you sold or scrapped your Benelli?

If the bike is no longer yours, write to us at supportmybenelli@benelli.com giving the number plate, or the VIN (frame number) if it is registered outside Italy: we'll unlink the B-Box from your account.

Why it's best to do it straight away. As long as the link stays active, the person who bought the bike can't add it to their app and has to open a request to release it. By letting us know yourself, you save them the wait.

Did you buy a used Benelli yourself? Then the procedure is different: Linking a vehicle - FAQ, section “I bought a used Benelli and the app won't let me add the bike”.

Have you got another Benelli? Don't delete your account: add the new bike from Vehicle list. See Changed bike? Remove the old one and add the new one.
