How does the B-Box alarm system work?
The security alerts sent by the B-Box
Once you've signed up to myBenelli and linked your vehicle with the B-Box installed, check that you've entered the correct email address in your profile.
To receive alerts from the device, your email address must be valid and verified.
B-Box alerts always have priority on our servers and you'll receive an immediate alert in the following cases:
- theft or movement of the vehicle, with the bike stationary and the engine off for at least 5 minutes. The alert is triggered in case of:
- movement of the vehicle for at least 180 seconds
- linear displacement of more than 1 km
- battery low (below 11.6 V);
- battery disconnected.
