How to link your first vehicle on myBenelli

Connect your first bike to your account

To start using the app, you need to link the bike to your account straight after logging in.

  1. Enter the bike's number plate and the owner's date of birth, or the VAT number if the bike is registered to a company.

    If your Benelli is registered outside Italy, the number plate may not be recognised. In that case, write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com giving the VIN (frame number) and the registered owner's date of birth: we'll complete the linking for you.

  2. Tap Retrieve data: we confirm that we've retrieved the vehicle data and you can add a photo of the bike.

  3. Check that the model is correct, enter the trim level and tap Add.

  4. Enter the B-Box code. Where to find the B-Box code.

    If the B-Box was installed recently, activation can take up to 48 hours from fitting: in that case, try again once this time has passed. If you can't see the bike after linking it, see New bike: the app doesn't activate the B-Box.

  5. Tap Add: the confirmation message appears and you can start using the app.

Complete your profile by entering your phone number: it's required to complete your personal details and confirm activation of the service. See Your phone number.

Can't link the bike? Write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com with your bike's number plate, or its VIN if it is registered outside Italy.
