How to purchase the myBenelli service

Activate the service with the annual fee

The first year of service is included and runs from the bike's first registration, not from the installation of the device and not from the date you bought the bike. From the second year onwards, the service is renewed with an annual fee of 9.90 €.

This also applies if you bought the bike used or had the B-Box installed later: the first year is always counted from the first registration.

How to activate it

  1. Download the myBenelli app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Sign up by creating a personal account, or log in with your credentials.
  3. Follow the guided procedure to link your B-Box.
  4. If the first year has already passed, you'll receive the payment link by email.
  5. After payment you'll receive confirmation and the service stays active for 12 months.
