Which payment methods are accepted?
PayPal, credit card and debit card
The myBenelli service is managed by B2C Innovation S.p.A. on behalf of Benelli. Payment is made from the link you receive by email: you can't pay from the app.
PayPal — Log in to your PayPal account and choose the method you prefer.
Credit or debit card — You don't need a PayPal account: from the link, enter your email and go straight on to your card details.
When confirmation arrives
Whichever method you choose, confirmation arrives by email within 48 hours: that's the time we need to record the payment and reactivate your account.
If the service was suspended, after reactivation go for a ride: the B-Box starts transmitting again when you use the vehicle. If you still can't see anything after the ride, update the app to the latest version or uninstall and reinstall it.
If you haven't received anything after 48 hours, write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com giving the payment date and the method used.
