How to renew the myBenelli service fee
Renew the 9.90 euro annual fee
The first year of service runs from the bike's first registration. Each subsequent renewal is valid for 12 months from the previous renewal.
How to renew
- About 30 days before expiry you'll receive a reminder email with a direct link to pay the annual fee of 9.90 €.
- You pay from the link and the service continues for another 12 months.
Payment can only be made from the link you receive by email: you can't pay from the app.
If you don't renew by the expiry date
The service is suspended. During the suspension the B-Box stops transmitting and you can no longer see the location and trips in the app.
The device isn't faulty: it's the service that has stopped.
After payment we reactivate your account within 48 hours. Then go for a ride: the B-Box starts transmitting again when the vehicle is used, not the moment you pay. If the bike stays parked in the garage, you still won't see anything in the app. If you still can't see anything after the ride, update the app to the latest version or uninstall and reinstall it.
Data from the suspension period cannot be recovered.
You can also renew after the expiry date, using the same link you received by email.
