How we alert you
B-Box security alerts are sent to you by email: vehicle moving with the engine off, battery low, battery disconnected.
If you've activated the Geofence, the app also alerts you when the bike enters or leaves the area you've set.
Where to find them in the app
From the Home screen, tap the notifications icon at the top right. If there are new ones, you'll see a dot with the number. The screen has two tabs:
- B-Box — the history of events from the device installed on your bike.
- Community — who has started following you, updates from the Motoclubs you've joined, what's new on the Newsfeed.
Not receiving anything by email?
Check your Updates, Promotions and Spam folders: our emails sometimes end up there. If you use Gmail, dragging one into Primary stops it happening again.
