Where to find the B-Box code
The QR code and the IMEI code
To add your bike to the app you need the B-Box code, the device installed under the seat. The safest way is to scan the QR code: there are several numbers on the sticker and it's easy to pick the wrong one.
The QR code is on a white sticker under the seat, and a copy of the same sticker is in the documents supplied with the bike. You scan it from the app and don't have to type anything.
If the QR code is damaged or unreadable, you can use the IMEI code: 15 digits, numbers only, printed on the label on the back of the B-Box next to the QR code. Don't confuse it with the serial number, which also contains letters, or with the SIM code, which is longer.
