Why it's needed and how to change it

Your mobile number is required: it's used to complete your personal details and to confirm activation of the service with an OTP code that we send you by SMS.

Enter a valid number and keep it up to date: without confirmation by OTP, activation remains incomplete.

Changing your number

  1. Go to Settings > Profile settings: you'll find a box with your phone number.
  2. Tap the right arrow to open the edit screen.
  3. Enter the new number and tap Continue.
  4. You'll receive an SMS with the OTP code: enter it in the field provided to complete the verification.

Not receiving the SMS?

  • If the number is wrong, go back with the navigation arrow and enter it again.
  • If the number is right, wait: sometimes it takes several minutes. After 5 minutes you can request a new code.

B-Box alerts (battery low, battery disconnected, movement with the engine off) are sent to you by email, and you can always find them in the Notifications section of the app.
