New bike: the app doesn't activate the B-Box

What to do if you can't see the bike after linking it

Have you linked your bike but can't see its location and trips in the app, or does the app freeze after scanning the QR code? Usually the B-Box hasn't finished activating yet.

What to do

  1. Update the app: install the latest version of myBenelli from the App Store or Google Play Store. If it's already up to date, uninstall it, reinstall it and log in again.
  2. Restart the B-Box: unplug it from its dedicated socket, wait 30 minutes and plug it back in. If you'd rather not touch it, ask your authorised Benelli dealer. See also The device is not transmitting or is damaged.
  3. Go for a ride of about an hour: the B-Box completes activation when the vehicle is used.

If the B-Box was installed recently, activation can take up to 48 hours from fitting.

Did you download the right app? For your Benelli you need myBenelli, not MOTO.APP.
