Not receiving the SMS with the OTP code
What to check and what to send us
The OTP code sent by SMS is used to verify your mobile number. Without this verification, activation of the service remains incomplete.
Before you write to us
- Check the number: it must include the international dialling code, for example +44 for the United Kingdom.
- If it's wrong, go back with the navigation arrow and correct it.
- If it's right, wait a few minutes: the SMS may arrive late. After 5 minutes you can request a new code with Resend SMS.
If it still doesn't arrive
Write to supportmybenelli@benelli.com and put everything in a single email:
- the email address you signed up with;
- your mobile number, with the international dialling code;
- your bike's number plate, or its VIN if it is registered outside Italy.
We'll take care of the verification. Write to us only once: each new message opens a new request and doesn't speed up the reply.
